    Sales Executive - Food and Beverage

    About the job

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our food and beverage products to all our cherished clients. This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.

    Responsibility and Duties:

    • Identify potential customers and establish new business relationships with restaurants and hotels.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as warehousing, customer service, and the supplier team to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in B2B sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Must have experience exceeding 500,000 GHS in sales monthly.
    • Proficient in Pipedrive or Salesforce and CRM software.
    • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
    • Must have a personal vehicle.

    • Previous experience exceeding your sales quota on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
