    Sales Executive

    About the role

    • We are looking for people who are passionate about direct and physical contact sales who can help convince sellers to list their products on our website and ensure that Jiji remains the top classified site in Ghana.
    • To be successful in this role you have to be comfortable with talking to strangers, have good people relations, be confident, competitive, and persuasive.


    Responsibilities

    • Get new prospects to keep a consistently full pipeline to meet sales targets and goals.
    • Contribute to the achievement of the team targets.
    • Set appointments and site visits: make presentations to new and existing clients.
    • Sell value-added services to clients.
    • Manage and update a Customer Relationship Management Sheet (CRM) of clients on a day-to-day basis.
    • Answer customer questions and issues when required.
    • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
    • Liaise effectively with all departments within Jiji to ensure customer requirements are met.
    • Cope with pressure, remain calm under adverse circumstances.


    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sales role.
    • Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices.
    • Good customer service and interpersonal relationship skills.
    • Must be internet and computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Google Docs and Sheets is a plus.
    • Excellent selling skills with the ability and desire to sell.
    • Must be exceptionally positive, confident, and determined. Resilient with the ability to cope with rejection
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Can work independently and as part of a team
