    Sales Executive

    Job description

    • Xpress Gas is looking to hire Sales Executives to manage all sales activities in a designated territory within the Region.

    Key Accountabilities

    • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Monitor and deliver set sales targets within the designated territory

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Monitor and deliver set sales target within the designated territory.
    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback

    Experience, Education and Skills

    • Higher National Diploma or WASSCE Holder
    • Sales experience from Energy, Microfinance, Insurance, Telecommunications, MobileMoney, FMCG, or other products/services in Ghana is a plus
    • Highly motivated and target
    • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work calmly under pressure
    • Should have a process-oriented mindset
