    Sales Executives for all Regions in Ghana

    TASK

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, shop visits, and networking.
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Ensure the availability of stocks for sale.
    • Conduct Primary and secondary sales.
    • Meeting sales targets/ preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    • Recording orders and sending details to the sales office.
    • To ensure distribution objectives for specific SKUs are achieved as per the sales plan.

    KEY SKILLS

    • Strong communication skills including verbal and written.
    • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
    • Commercial awareness
    • Resilience.
    • Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
    • Numerical skills.
