Sales Manager - Tourism at Dusk Travel and Tourism

We are looking for High Professional in Tourism industry Sales Manager to work in our office in Kenya .

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in Tourism Industry ( B2B )
2. Perfect knowledges of Tourism Industry operations.
3. Proven experience in Group Operations and other areas of the company is a plus

1. Ability to work strategically on the business and also operationally in the business
2. Responsible and reliable
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Demonstrate leadership and ability to foster teamwork
5. Experience travel in the region and passion for travel
6. Problem solving and decision making capacities
7. Experience in multinational business group advantageous
8. Ability to deal with uncertainties and a fast changing business environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage development of Business strategy
2. Monitoring and reporting of company performance (monthly performance analysis report and financial reports against targets)
3. Manage product development process to ensure unique and defendable position
4. Establish and maintain an effective marketing and sales strategy
5. Meet the annual sales target set in the budget.
6. Develop external relationships and partnerships and represent the company
7. Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
