• We are looking for High Professional in Tourism industry Sales Manager to work in our office in Accra .

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Tourism Industry ( B2B )
• Perfect knowledges of Tourism Industry operations.
• Proven experience in Group Operations and other areas of the company is a plus

• Ability to work strategically on the business and also operationally in the business
• Responsible and reliable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership and ability to foster teamwork
• Experience travel in the region and passion for travel
• Problem solving and decision making capacities
• Experience in multinational business group advantageous
• Ability to deal with uncertainties and a fast changing business environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage development of Business strategy
• Monitoring and reporting of company performance (monthly performance analysis report and financial reports against targets)
• Manage product development process to ensure unique and defendable position
• Establish and maintain an effective marketing and sales strategy
• Meet the annual sales target set in the budget.
• Develop external relationships and partnerships and represent the company
• Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
