Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field
Proven experience in product development and agricultural sales
Strong market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
Valid Kenyan driving license Key
Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Drive sales and product visibility through demos and trials.
Market Engagement: Promote Royal Seed products and boost farmer adoption.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, analysis trends, and report progress.
Program Development: Roll out new product and market initiatives.
Collaboration: Work with Marketing, R&D, and Technical teams to optimize results.
