    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Work very closely with the existing distributors.
    • Create and sustain new sales routes within the assigned area.
    • Assist in promoting new products to existing and new customers in order to achieve targets.
    • Liaising on daily bases with clients, customers
    • Managing all retail-related issues.
    • Ensure all open markets and the wholesale shops stock and re-distribute our products.
    • Identify and arrange to fill the market gaps and constantly focus on recruiting wholesalers.
    • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and competitor activities.
    • Ensure sales and distribution models are in line with company strategies.
    • Closely watch the market and give strategic inputs to the company.
    • Analyze competition and come up with proactive tactical and strategic actions.
    • Identify possible new channels.
    • Network with the channel partners and other stakeholders in the region.
    • Understand the company plans well, and ensure the numbers are delivered.

    Qualifications

    • HND in Sales & Marketing or Management.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of strong hands-on experience in managing retail channels and distributors.
    • Must have retail operations, Route-to-market, and Distribution sales experience.
    • Fluent in English and local Languages.
    • Excellent Personal Relationship skills.
    • Willing to work in any part of the country.
    • Strong winning attitude
