In order to support our organic growth in Ghana, we are currently looking for a ‘Senior Technician‘.

Responsibilities

Your mission is carrying out maintenance work repairs , and troubleshooting on the HITACHI's fleet according to manufacturers’ recommendation and following service objectives set by the company.

• Carry out maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of the fleet in the workshop and/or at the customer’s premises according to the intervention schedule ;
• Troubleshoot with the available diagnosis tools ;
• Make technical recommendations or stock management parts to the customer ;
• Gather information on the operation from operators or users in order to anticipate certain problems ;
• Respect the rules and instructions for health and safety in the workplace, while maintaining and storing work tools and keeping the work environment clean ;
• Drawing up the intervention reports to be submitted to the person in charge ;
• Report part sales opportunities to the relevant department.

Profile

• Higher education in Engineering ;
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in machine repairs preferably within the automotive sector ;
• Good knowledge of general mechanics, electricity, hydraulics on trucks and machinery ;
• Good knowledge of HITACHI's product is mandatory ;
• You are fluent in English ;
• You are a Team Player with good Communication skills ;
• Able to work outdoor/indoor ;
• Client and result-oriented ;
• Respectful of equipment and procedures.
