    Service Center Agent

    Job Description 

    • Contracting and registering of waybillsb.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of excellent customer service.
    • Timely resolution of customer complaintsd. Ensuring proper documentation of all items sent/receivede. 
    • Ensuring safety of customer shipments/parcelf. Keeping accurate financial records.
    • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. 

    Requirement /Skills

    • B.Sc degree in any field.
    • 0-2 years’ experience in customer service/ customer management.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Good command of the English language.
    • Appreciable knowledge and use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
    • Experience working in a courier company is an added advantage 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Calm and endearing nature.
    • Ability to handle pressure.
    • Strong problem solving and persuasion skills.
    • Self-motivation, determination, confidence and result oriented.
