Job Description
- Contracting and registering of waybillsb.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of excellent customer service.
- Timely resolution of customer complaintsd. Ensuring proper documentation of all items sent/receivede.
- Ensuring safety of customer shipments/parcelf. Keeping accurate financial records.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Requirement /Skills
- B.Sc degree in any field.
- 0-2 years’ experience in customer service/ customer management.
- Computer literacy.
- Good command of the English language.
- Appreciable knowledge and use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Experience working in a courier company is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Calm and endearing nature.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Strong problem solving and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivation, determination, confidence and result oriented.
