Electronic payment platform ALEXpay, based in Ghana, has launched a new Crowdfunding platform focused on the African market ALEXpay is an international project combining teams in New York, Sao Paulo, Brazil, India, and Ghana. As an extension of this we have also launched a political fundraising function aimed at voter inclusion in the upcoming 2020 Ghananian elections.
Social media is essential to the growth of the ALEXpay platform throughout West Africa and beyond. However, international talent is needed in order to achieve the best possible quality results.
We are looking to put together a multinational team of interns willing to devote several hours per week on colaberating to expand the ALEXpay platform. We are a young company with a limited budget. We realize that there are many talented students and recent graduates worldwide that may be eager to help us in supporting charitable projects, increasing voter participation, or just learning more about international payments.
Our plan is to put together a team of approximately 10 – 15 interns who will work unpaid (for now). The focus will be to expand the reach of ALEXpay solutions via social media. The team will be headed by our CEO in New York and our COO in Ghana. There will be twice-weekly video meetings of the entire group.
The team wil ideally be comprised of members from Africa, Brazil, India, Eastern Europe, and the U.S. However, all interested are invited to apply. Hopefully this will be a win-win experience as interns learn valuable skills and gain experience working with senior executives and interactiong with peers across the globe.
Excellent English language skills are essential. Excellent scial media skills are also essential. High School, College, Recent Graduates are all welcome.
