Solution Technology Delivery - Assistant Manager Resource at Ernst & Young

Position Summary

• As the Technology Solution Delivery Resource, you will work within diverse teams to implement Business Applications and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be required to support our clients to define and implement Business applications and ERP systems :
• Support clients at all stages of the implementation life cycle including scoping projects, gathering requirements and development (full-stack experience)
• Capture and document user requirements in detailed functional specifications and translate those requirements into project deliverables
• Support the design of solutions that meet customer needs in the best and most efficient way possible
• Support the configuration of solutions
• Run feedback sessions with customers and execute testing as required throughout a project
• Run customer facing user training sessions and attend other meetings with clients as Necessary
• Develop technical proposals in response to client solicitations

To qualify for the role, you must have the following:

Education and Academic Qualifications

• A Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science / Information technology or in a related field from a recognised university
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in SAP business applications will be a plus 

Technical Skills and Experience

• 7+ years practical experience in software / business application implementation
• Ability to conceptualize and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
• Proven DevOps experience on large scale projects
• Experience and detailed knowledge of all aspects of the application development cycle
• Experience in consulting practice would be an added advantage
