    Specialist, Investor Services Product

    Job Description

    • Implement the Client Service vision for Investor Services, thereby driving client satisfaction and influencing the outcome of internal and external service measurements.
    • Drive improvement in service delivery in conjunction with IS Ops partners to effectively manage Client Service within Investor Services, ensuring that a consistent and high level of quality service is provided to all client segments and proactively manage and identify possible solutions for service, system and process improvement to enhance the bank’s offering to its clients

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualifications - Type of Qualification: First Degree
    • Field of Study: Finance and Administration
    • Preferred Qualifications - Type of Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree
    • Field of Study: Business Commerce/ Finance and Accounting

    Experience Required
    Transactional Product and Services

    • Investor Services

    Experience Required: 5-7 years

    • Financial market knowledge, knowledge of the Investor Services regulatory environment.

    Transactional Products & Services

    • Investor Services

    Experience Required: 3-4 years

    • Relevant client experience and Ideally gained experience working within the client services and Operations sector.

    Transactional Products & Services

    • Investor Services

    Experience Required: 3-4 years knowledge of the Ghana NBFI client universe and its accompanying regulations.
