    Warehouse Coordinator

    As a member of our Operations Team in Ghana, the Warehouse Coordinator is in charge of leading our warehouse containing a fleet of tribikes and our central stock of safe water. The aim of the position is not only to manage the flow of goods in the warehouse, but also to maintain our tribike fleet, making sure everything is in perfect state. Every day, every tribike must be stocked with safe water bottles and be ready to serve the needs of our drivers. The Warehouse Coordinator is the go-to-person for warehouse logistics and knows our tribikes and warehouse inside and out. With time, you’ll be leading a warehouse team, making sure that everything runs time-efficiently – and work closely with our Head of Operations.

    Your daily tasks could be:

    • Managing the stock and flow in the warehouse
    • Making sure, that there is always enough water on the shelves
    • Making sure that tribikes are stocked with water before departure
    • Making sure that empty bottles are sent back to water providers
    • Making sure that all tribikes are functioning perfectly

    WHO ARE YOU?

    The Warehouse Coordinator is a high-energy, self-starting and driven person with the capacity of making things happen in the warehouse. You know how to work structured and efficient – and you’re not afraid to solve problems by reaching out, thinking in new ways or simply asking for help. You’re a team player, you can motivate yourself and others — and are curious to learn. Most importantly: You want to make a difference in the world and help improve the lives of people in Ghana through safe water access. It’s a plus if you have 2-3 years of experience from a similar jobs, communicate well in English, have insight into mechanics of tribikes and a valid driver’s license – but if you’re right for the job, it’s not a must.
