ZTE BN Technical Engineer(Senior/Intermediate/Primary)) at ZTE Corporation

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to partners and/or customers for ZTE technologies, products, and/or solutions.
• Escalate some specific problems to ZTE HQ team for further solution.
• Lead the team to achieve common goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3 years and above experience in operators or Equipment manufacturer related area
• Commitment and ability to resolve complex technical problems, multitask, and be dedicated to customer success
• Innate crisis management skills and ability to handle critical customer issues/problems
• Experience interacting with customer or in a client facing role
• Know about the common solution of ISP Backbone or IPRAN network

Desired Skills

• Knowledge TCP/IP such as VLAN, ISIS, OSPF,BGP,MPLS VPN,etc
• HCIP(preferred)/CCNP certification
• Network troubleshooting experience
