    Warehouse Trainee

    Position Description 

    • In order to reach its customers faster, mPharma runs a couple of warehouses and distribution centres across regions in Ghana and requires competent warehouse operatives for stock handling, picking packing, and dispatch.
    • The role sits in the Supply chain unit and is responsible for the accuracy of deliveries as well as stock counts within the warehouses and partner facilities.
    • This is a 1-year contract subject to renewal based on performance.
    • We believe that this role provides every opportunity to learn, grow and stretch to the highest level of your ability and potential, whilst providing you relevant experience to explore more rewarding roles internally and externally in future.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Organize stock within the warehouse by properly unboxing, sorting, and shelving drugs in their designated bin locations
    • Verify all incoming and outgoing  shipments to be accurate and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
    • Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management
    • Properly pick, check and  pack items to be shipped according to company standards
    • Responsible for stock counts in internal and external facilities.
    • Work with the warehouse supervisor, order processing team, and delivery agents to ensure on-time deliveries.

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • 1-2 years experience in warehousing, distribution, retail, or hospital stores.
    • Minimum of MCA qualification.
    • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Must be available to work in Accra.
    • Available to work weekends, and holidays.
    • Preferably reside around Spintex.

    Diabetes Nurse Coach

    Position Description

    • mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy nurse with exceptionally high work standards to join our Health Services team. You would be responsible for continuous client care and follow-ups under our various primary care initiatives.    

    Key Responsibilities

    • Educating, coaching, and mentoring of patients under specific disease management programs, following a standardized yet personalized approach, with regular specified interactions to assist patients with adherence
    • Track all client progress and outcomes for appropriate follow-up.
    • Submission of accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on all activities
    • Ensure test results are recorded following protocols and alerting providers about abnormal results.  
    • Recording and submitting Adverse Event reports within a defined time period.  
    • Liaise with other business/functional units to ensure all resources and requirements are met to ensure the smooth running of all programs.
    • Lead activities to increase client enrolment under disease management programs.
    • Ensure inventory is available and in good condition for all health services programs.
    • Assist and support the unit in the implementation of other programs
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Health Services Manager.

    Mutti Doctor

    Position Description

    • mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as a locum doctor.
    • This role entails consulting with patients through mPharma’s in-house virtual doctor service, Mutti Doctor.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Offer virtual medical consultation to Mutti members through mPharma’s virtual channels
    • Relay and counsel clients on all test results as required
    • Diligently maintain and keep electronic records of all prescriptions, diagnoses, and highlights of consultations for members of the Programme. 
    • Oversee collection and analysis of epidemiological data.
    • Ensure strict adherence to the highest standards of care and customer service
    • Strict adherence to SOPs for the mPharma Health Services

    Global Head Product Marketing

    Position Description

    • mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and exceptionally high work standards to join our team as Global Head - Product Marketing.
    • This role will be responsible for supporting and leading the marketing strategy of all new products portfolios from pre-launch through to the actual product launch, promotion, as well as sales in the countries mPharma operates in by working hand in hand with the Wholesale BU team to drive their sales. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation.
    • Develop innovative, impactful marketing strategies and tactics targeted toward healthcare providers (HCP) to promote new products.
    • Determine the type of advertising and marketing content, such as TV, radio, print, digital or social media, that needs to be deployed for the launch of new products
    • Participate in and actively provide input to the Global product identification, registration, sourcing strategic and operating plans and initiatives;
    • Collaborate and coordinate with Country Sales Leads and their teams on new product training, presenting marketing strategies and tactics to optimize the development and promotion of these new products;
    • Attend and lead brand promotional presence at key scientific conventions (e.g. booth and distribution of promotional materials, etc.), meet with KOLS, advocacy partners, and attend scientific meetings;
    • Lead the generation of market insights, asset and product performance through systematic market research, competitive intelligence, and other means of feasible data collection;
    • Develop an annual marketing budget and participate in the global Wholesale BU planning process for new products.
    • Manage a promotional activity calendar scheduling the execution of each tactical strategy in support of each product launch or sales promotion to drive sales of existing products. 
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors whose services will be needed for new product promotion.
    • Understand the pharmaceutical competitive landscape across countries and advise on product positioning, competition, and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas. 
    • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
    • Be the liaison between manufacturers’ product marketing team and mPharma to ensure the integration of their marketing plans into ours (as appropriate and where required).

     
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 10+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on Product Marketing, but inclusive of brand, content, and social marketing
    • International market experience - a track record of leading product growth in one or more international markets
    • Extensive experience across methods of customer research development, both quantitative and qualitative

    • The Wholesale team is the face of mPharma to new providers and plays an integral role in our strategy to increase our network of community pharmacies.
