    Sales Manager

    Job Descriptions:

    • We are in search of experienced Sales Managers with a track record of sterling performances, who can help maximize sales, profitability and growth of our brand, by going the extra mile to meet/exceed set production targets.


    Duties Include:

    • Ability to recruit quality and adequate manpower, train and lead them to drive expected sales results.
    • An expert in prospecting, appointment booking, lead/referrals generation, sales closing, organizing/doing institutional presentations and sales activation.
    • Proficient sales leadership and management skills in achieving given sales targets on a regular basis.
    • Ability to research, create new ideas, develop winning sales strategies and effectively execute them for the team to meet monthly and annual targets.
    • A smart sales planner, controller and executor
    • Proper vetting of proposal forms and timely submissions
    • Exhibit professional sales practice and excellent client service delivery
    • Quality, accurate and timely reporting


    Skills and competencies required

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Insurance
    • A minimum of two years’ experience in sales leadership role
    • Good people management and emotional intelligence skills
    • Ability to effectively provide field support, co-ordinate, organize, lead and control a salesforce of more than ten to excellently perform
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and non-verbal)
    • Ability to build good relationships, network and do good corporate presentations
    • Skilled in sales forecasting, good decision making and a solutions provider
    • Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    Job Descriptions:
    Duties Include:

    • Responsible for effectively marketing, promoting and selling company’s insurance products
    • Assisting the sales manager to achieve the sales objectives in the province
    • Very effective prospecting resulting grand sales close
    • To handle complaints and explain policy conditions to clients
    • Organizing sales visits
    • Maintaining accurate records
    • Attending meetings
    • Reviewing sales performance
    • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.


    Qualification and Requirements

    • Degree, HND, DBS, WASSCE or any related discipline with past experience in sales will be an advantage
    • Be a team player, cooperative and flexible with a can do attitude
    • Customer Relationship management (good communication skills) Maturity
    • Confidence
    • Perseverance
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Commercial awareness
