    Delivery Agent

    Responsibilities:

    As a Delivery Agent at Unateus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of packages to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Timely Deliveries: Execute efficient and timely deliveries of packages to designated locations.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with customers before and during deliveries.
    • Status Updates on the Platform: We are IT friendly and all orders will come to your account on our in-house platform. In return, you will need to make all updates and provide all feedback for each order on the platform in a timely manner.
    • Stock Keeping: Ensure all products we keep at your place are safe and inventoried.
    • Package Handling: Safely pack, handle and transport packages, ensuring the integrity and security of the items being delivered.
    • Cash on Delivery: Ensure COD collected from customers is secured and transferred to our account on time.
    • Route Optimisation: Plan and optimise delivery routes to maximise efficiency and minimise delivery times.
    • Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with our team and customers to address any delivery-related issues or updates.
    • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
