    Digital Marketing & Sales volunteer


    • Identifying and educating prospective customers by providing information and assistance that aids quick adoption of our services.
    • Collaborate with our Brand Strategist by communicating the benefits of a company’s products and services in order to drive sales.
    • Build awareness about the TexKoop brand.
    • Engage in leads Generation and conversion.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers in order to meet their needs.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to prospective customers through emails and possibly cold calling.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    • Continuously improve through feedback.


    • A measure of familiarity with reasons that prompt service adoption in environments dominated by french culture.
    • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer/Sales Representative or relevant role.
    • Excellent knowledge of the use and exploration of digital marketing platforms.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google workspace.
    • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Customer- relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
    • Conversational knowledge of French would be an added advantage
