About the role
We are looking for a Web designer (independent contractor) responsible for developing new websites and enhancing our clients’ existing Web properties. You will work closely with creative directors, project managers, strategists and other design team members to develop specifications and make adjustments regarding the use of new and emerging Web technologies.

Requirements

• English language proficiency
• 3+ years of UI/UX experience.
• A strong visual and technical portfolio.

About the role
We are looking for a Full-stack developer (independent contractor) to build a location-based e-commerce marketplace. Ideally, you’ll have strong experience with at least one e-commerce platform like Shopify or Magento, and have worked with Google Maps APIs, Amazon Web Services, and payment gateway integration. Our goal is to deliver a fully-featured, polished product to market right away and improve it over time.

About the role
We are looking for a UX designer (independent contractor) able to understand our clients’ business requirements and any technical limitations. You will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Requirements

• Three or more years of UX design experience.
• Experience with Dashboard Design, Presentation Design, Accessibility, or/and 3D Design is a bonus.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
