    Sociologist & GBV Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive GBV Action Plan aligned with World Bank ESF requirements.
    • Conduct ongoing GBV risk assessments and maintain an up-to-date risk register.
    • Ensure confidential GBV reporting mechanisms are accessible to all project stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with local service providers and NGOs to facilitate referral pathways for GBV survivors.
    • Monitor sub-contractor compliance with GBV-related contractual obligations and training.
    • Lead implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), ensuring meaningful consultation with vulnerable groups.
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to labor influx, including potential social tensions and health risks.
    • Lead grievance redress mechanisms (GRM), ensuring they are gender-sensitive and widely publicized.
    • Build capacity of contractors, project staff, and local partners on GBV prevention and response and social safeguards.
    • Establish and maintain systems for tracking social and GBV indicators, conducting regular monitoring and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Relevant academic qualification (e.g., in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, Gender Studies).
    • Proven experience in GBV risk mitigation and response in development or humanitarian contexts.
    • Experience in social safeguards implementation (e.g., World Bank ESF, IFC Performance Standards).
    • Demonstrated expertise in community engagement and stakeholder management.
    • Strong understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for social indicators.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

    B2B Sales Supervisor

    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
    • Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Forecast sales performance, track pipeline activities, and report regularly on progress.
    • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key clients across multiple sectors (Wholesale, HoReCa, institutions, industrial processors).

    • Experience selling to wholesalers, distributors, institutions, and bulk buyers is essential.
    • Familiarity with coconut-based or agricultural products is an added advantage.

    Maternal Nurse

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Provide antenatal care, including history- taking, vital monitoring, fetal assessment (palpation, FHR), and administering supplements/immunizations.
    • Assess onset and progress of labor, conduct safe vaginal examinations, and monitor fetal well-being during labor.
    • Assist with normal vaginal deliveries, provide perineal support, and perform immediate newborn care (drying, APGAR, cord clamping). Administer oxytocin for active management of the third stage of labor.
    • Monitor maternal postnatal vitals, uterine involution, vaginal bleeding, and care for episiotomies/tears.
    • Support breastfeeding initiation and educate mothers on self-care, newborn care, and family planning.
    • Perform neonatal resuscitation (bag and mask ventilation) and manage IV access/fluids in maternal shock.
    • Recognize, escalate, and assist in preparing for obstetric emergencies like eclampsia and emergency C-sections.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
    • Valid nursing license/registration from a recognised institution.
    • Proven hands-on maternity care experience (antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal).
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.

    Pastry & Pizza Chef

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
    • Craft high-quality pizzas (dough preparation, sauce, toppings, and baking) according to our menu and customer preferences.
    • Innovate and introduce new pastry and pizza recipes that align with café standards. •Ensure food presentation meets café quality standards and customer expectations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards (HACCP).
    • Manage stock levels of baking and pizza ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimal waste.
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
    • Train and guide junior kitchen staff or assistants when needed.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Environmental Health Safety Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate in establishing of EHS requirements at the workplace.
    • Ensure implementation of the EHS management system and norms.
    • Prepare and update project HSE/CESMP plans.
    • Prepare EHS risk assessments/EIA and safe work methods.
    • Identify training needs, design, and impart EHS training for all stakeholders.
    • Identify and update legal EHS requirements.
    • Monitor and evaluate compliance with legal requirements at prescribed frequencies.
    • Conduct periodical site EHS inspections and report findings for corrective action.
    • Identify EHS resources and ensure sufficient stock of PPEs and other EHS items.
    • Act as a catalyst for project EHS committee activities.
    • Review and appraise site EHS performance and facilitate improvement.
    • Ensure proactive performance monitoring through EHS key performance indicators.
    • Organize campaigns, competitions, and special programs to promote EHS at the workplace.
    • Conduct incident investigations, analyze trends, and initiate corrective actions.
    • Establish, implement, and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedures.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
    • Certifications: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in EHS management within construction or infrastructure projects.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local safety/environmental legislation.
