    Performance Specialist

    About The Job

    Job Summary
    The successful candidate will join as a Specialist for Performance management in the Technology Department. 

    • (S)He will report to the Network Performance manager and will support the transformation of enhanced network performance management within technology and drive value centric organization. Also develop and publish performance indicator with relevant business recommendations. 
    • Furthermore, enforce related SLAs as well as provide network assurance with technology drive for improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supports Customer Centric Organization
    • Supports the transformation of Technology towards zero down time through proactive fault detection.
    • Process documentation of Best Practices related to Customer Complaint Handling.
    • Performance Indicators & Measurements
    • Verify and publish performance Indicators with relevant Business recommendations
    • Develop and Implement E2E performance Measurements
    • Develop relevant Network Dashboards by coordinating with DWH, BI teams and other BU
    • Supervision of perception measurements, track periodic Customer Surveys and QoE/QoS translation into Technology
    • Own Network Performance Management Tools
    • Assurance of acceptable Network Experience
    • Provide Network visibility across all Touchpoints (Voice/Data/B2B)
    • Track all RCAs related to Network issues and provide recommendations to ensure continuous network improvement
    • Enforce SLAs related to network issues & Resolution
    • Preparing Management Information & Reports both regular and ad hoc

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Network performance indicators.
    • Network Perception Indicators.
    • Managed Services SLAs Management

    Required Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Telecommunication Engineering or in Computer Science
    • 3+ years’ experience in Telecommunications networks
    • Experience in Business Processes for Telcos (eTOM Model preferably)
    • Management or Project Management Degree is an added advantage

    Strategic Account Manager - Public Sector

    About The Job

    Job Summary
    The successful candidate will join as a Strategic Account Manager for Public Sector in the AirtelTigo Business Department. 

    • (S)He will report to the Sales Manager for public Sector and will safeguard and grow revenue from allocated Public Sector Accounts nationally through account planning and opportunity management and relationship building to meet annual targets for sales and revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide account data to the Sales Manager for developing a sales plan and monitoring its implementation.
    • Leadership/membership of virtual account teams to meet targets for profitability and revenues.
    • Develop contact strategies and account development plans (ADP) for each of the allocated accounts.
    • Develop a pipeline of prospects which are systematically qualified, managing the decision-making process within allocated accounts to ensure sales prospects are closed.
    • Exercise thought leadership at Board level within the Public Sector and allocated accounts.
    •  Demonstrate an understanding of the business strategies and communicate dependencies of the customer.
    • Present the compelling value proposition of AirtelTigo Business.
    • Identify sales training and development needs and manage skills enhancement for self and the virtual account team.
    • Ensure integrated channel management, supported by appropriate systems such as CRM; use knowledge management to increase the professionalism of account management.
    • Full integration of quality management processes within all sales activities for the allocated accounts, ensuring effective deployment on a day-to-day basis.
    • Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Provide sales performance data to support management decision-making.
    • Ensure full compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations and competition laws.
    • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers and with account teams.

    Required Qualification and Experience:

    • A University degree in any field with emphasis on Marketing and other related discipline.
    • A minimum of Four (4) years’ experience of sales /account management in an enterprise solution (preferably in Telecoms).
    • Consultative-based selling skills.
    • At least 2 years driving experience.
    • Detailed understanding of the enterprise solutions needs.

    SME Team Lead - South

    About The Job

    Job Summary
    The successful candidate will join as a Team Lead for SME South in the AirtelTigo Business Department. 

    • (S)He will report to the Sales Manager, SME South and will provide sales leadership, develop sales plans to deliver shareholder value through meeting operational targets for revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the SME space in the south.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for daily gross adds acquisition.
    • Manage a group of Team BDMs to achieve set target.
    • Recruit and train sales agents to achieve sales targets.
    • Manage presale engagements with customers.
    • Manage after sale engagements with customers.
    • Organize assigned sales storms.
    • Develop route plan and key initiatives to achieve both revenue and gross add targets.
    • Receive and manage all stock assigned to the team.
    • Engage developers in the real estate market for the deployment of fixed data and home broadband products.
    • Responsible for daily gross adds acquisition.

    • Experience of Business Solution sales, telecommunications experience preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to input into "thought leadership" throughout Enterprise Business and customer organizations.
