Fraud Officer at Fido

What will you do

•  You will assume responsibility to identify and handle suspicious or problematic fraud claims and incidents.  
• Work with marketing and tech teams to proactively battle fraud at Fido
• Perform objective, fair and timely investigations 
• Search and review evidence
• Look for documents to analyze overall situation pertaining to fraud incidents
• Plan, implement and manage field assignments
• Plan and implement deposition strategies based on specific situations
• Use law enforcement resources for assistance
• Prepare prosecution packages

Do you have

• At least 2 years of experience in Fraud Investigations or relevant role
• BS degree in a related field such as criminal justice or fraud  management
• Passion for research, persistent relevant information finding and discovery  
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent interviewing and interrogation skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
