    Billing Junior Associate

    Position Description

    mPharma is looking for an ambitious young professional to join our team as a Billing Analyst. The position supports mPharma’s team in managing billing and revenue recognition for 200+ facilities in Ghana. The analyst will have an opportunity to interface with a wide variety of stakeholders in the healthcare space (manufacturers, insurers, distributors, and providers) and provide data analysis that will drive critical business decision-making.d

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reconcile and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing billing reports to clients
    • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize data efficiency and quality
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
    • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct underlying problems
    • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

    • Strong attention to detail and past experience validating data accuracy 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with accuracy

    Customer Service Junior Associate

     

    Position Description

    mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our project team as a Customer Service Associate for a duration. He/She will serve as the primary voice for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty to the project in support of mPharma’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. This role will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. This position reports to the Customer Service Lead.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Processing orders and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    Delivery Services Associate

     

    Position Description

    mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as an associate Pharmacist. The job of the Pharmacist entails building and managing mPharma’s in-house delivery pharmacy to handle dispensations to patients on Mutti. This role reports directly to the Delivery Services Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and manage inventory, order new supplies when necessary, and keep inventory areas organized
    • Collaborate with a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure the right packaging and dispensation of medicines
    • Dispense and check prescriptions filled by Pharmacy Technicians to ensure proper procedures have been followed
    • Ensure that patients requesting deliveries have legitimate prescriptions before any dispensation occurs
    • Manage the logistics system and ensure that deliveries to patients happen on time.
    • Develop and manage drug formularies for mymutti.com and other online platforms
    • Manage customer experience on mymutti.com (Complaints, user experience, product availability, bug reporting & troubleshooting)
    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies (i.e. content curation, calendar management, supervising artworks, schedule posts, etc.)
    • Offer clinical counseling to patients through our call center
    • Other duties as may be assigned by the Manager

    Mutti Doctor

    Position Description

    mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as virtual doctors. This role entails consulting with patients through mPharma’s virtual consultation service. This is a full-time position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide timely virtual medical consultation to Mutti members through mPharma’s virtual channels
    • Relay and counsel clients on all test results as required
    • Diligently maintain and keep electronic records of all prescriptions, diagnoses, and highlights of consultations for members of the Programme.
    • Oversee collection and analysis of epidemiological data.
    • Ensure strict adherence to the highest standards of care and customer service
    • Strict adherence to SOPs for the mPharma Health Services
