    IT Manager

    About The Job

    Reports to: CEO
    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Develop and implement IT Security Policies and monitor compliance to protect confidentiality and integrity of information
    • Develop goals, strategies and standard operating procedures to ensure the Hospital's IT systems, Infrastructure and data remains secure, reliable and accessible at all times.
    • Document and maintain Application Programming Interface (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs).
    • Establish effective maintenance program to safeguard the Hospital IT Products.
    • Engage the Hospital IT Partners and work with the same to roll out Core Systems, Applications and Solutions in line with the Hospital digital transformation agenda
    • Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
    • Provide leadership, mentor and supervise IT specialists and other staff within the Hospital.
    • Coordinate and manage overall IT budget
    • Perform other related duties as required by the Chief Executive Officer.

    Education and Experience:

    • A post-graduate degree in IT or related subject-area
    • Professional certifications will be an advantage.
    • At least 10+ years of professional experience as a leader/Head of an IT Department with proven leadership skills
    • A track record of delivering mission critical applications.
    • Technical background within a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment, coupled with the ability to understand complex business and technical concepts.
    • Experience in rolling out new software solutions / applications.
    • Experience working on a Window and Linux Operating Systems (Server and Client).

    Senior Internal Auditor

    • Financial Statements Analysis

    Reports to: Directly to TBH Board Operationally to CEO
    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Engage the Board and Senior Management of the Hospital on governance best practices and issues.
    • Develop annually a risk-based internal audit plan for Audit Committee review and approval.
    • Oversee the implementation of the approved plan, ensure proper resourcing for implementation of the plan, and adjust the plan as needed in response to changes in the Hospital’s business risks, operations, programs, systems, and controls.
    • Establish clear performance standards for internal auditors and the internal audit function.
    • Undertake risk assessment, implement, and maintain an effective risk management strategy.
    • Evaluate the implications of organizational changes, operational changes and changes in business strategy using appropriate internal control framework.
    • Review characteristics of financial statements.
    • Evaluate fraud detection and reporting tools and measures and enhance team’s awareness of fraud detection and response strategy.
    • Create opportunities for improvement and innovation across the Hospital.
    • Perform other related duties as required by the Chief Executive Officer

    Education and Experience:

    • Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business
    • Post Graduate Qualification - Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor.
    • Certificate in Risk Management Assurance will be a strong advantage.
    • External audit articles - Completed articles plus at least 10 years management experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management.
    • Experience in leading internal and or external audit teams in a dynamic healthcare environment will be an advantage.
    • In-depth knowledge of internal audit methodologies.
    • Ability to work independently and on a team.
