The Function

He/she shall be:

• The Head of legal section and responsible to the Registrar through the Director of Legal, Consular and General Services (LC&GS)
• Required to advise the Technical University on all legal matters and represent the Technical University in the Law Courts where necessary
• Responsible for advising the Technical University on all disciplinary matters
• Required to perform any other official functions as may be assigned by the Director of Legal, Consular and General Services (LC&GS).

Qualification Required & Experience

• He/She must be professional lawyer with at least 6 years post-qualification experience
