    Developer Specialist

    Job Description

    • Facilitate the process of cost and effort estimation of new features and applications for delivering new solutions
    • Responsible for the end-to-end solutions design effort for complex solutions requirements in conjunction with the design authority, delivery management, and operational teams within the technology organisation.
    • Design and develop new functionalities to suit business requirements.

    • Strong technological background, with Degree Qualification in Computer Science or Telecommunications
    • At least 3 years’ experience of supporting and developing Applications
    • Technical hands-experience in coding and providing technical design architecture for one or more of the following technologies:
    • Net programming with C# and/or VB.Net
    • SS/JavaScript/HTML5 frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, etc)
    • Relational  Oracle MSQL and SQL Server
    • Working knowledge of XML, XQuery, SQL IT Certifications
    • Candidates must possess at least one of the following Professional/vendor certification(s):
    • Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration
    • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
    •  Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
    • Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer
    • Salesforce Advanced Developer

    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of client/server architecture in on-premise, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS Architectures

    IN/Data Operations Specialist

    Job Description

    • Provide 2nd level maintenance support and Service restoration for all IN and PS Core platforms and services. This shall include but not be limited to all escalations from 1st Line
    • Carry out implementation of platform upgrades and system expansions
    • Implement Tariff and Promotions Configurations on live platform
    • Provide technical advice to various teams during the assessment of new products or service propositions from the Business Unit, and provide alternate solutions where needed
    • Provide advice and training to customer facing departments, and resolutions to customer problems and complaints. Provide support and technical guidance to the Marketing, Commercial and Revenue Assurance units as well as other Technology units
    • Test and document Disaster Recovery Plans through system and configuration/log backups, redundancy tests and documentation of technical procedures for business continuity


    • University degree in Computer Science or (Telecommunications) Engineering
    • 5 or more years of relevant working experience in the mobile, fixed, IP and data networks and must be able to work under heavy pressure
    • Excellent understanding and practical experience in the application of Intelligent Network Concepts, GPRS, fixed and mobile and 3G networks,
    • Proven competence in Unix , TCP/IP, Traffic Engineering, Programming (in at least one of Java, C# or Perl), SS7 /SIGTRAN, Management and Operations, Diameter, Radius protocols
    • Use of software tools and practical knowledge of incident and change management tools and standards
    • Must be analytical, with high level troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills are must-haves

    CBS and Product Development Engineer

    Job Description

    • Manage and oversee a well-documented auditable billing processes that assures quality of the post-paid and hybrid billing services (scope covers - CDR file Collection and Mediation, Provisioning, CDR Rating, Interconnect Billing, Broadband/ADSL Authentication, Bill Executions, Incidents & Change Management, and Reporting)
    • Provide second level maintenance support for all elements in the billing ecosystem. This shall include but not limited to all escalations from first Line, implementation of platform upgrades and system expansions.
    • Implement billing projects and related activities as well as other initiatives within the Billing Operations ecosystem.
    • Provide specialist technical advice to Billing Operations Manager and key stakeholders on deployment and testing of new post-paid, hybrid, IOT and Fixed Data, GSM Data (3G&4G) products in the billing system
    • Provide guidelines and propose innovative ideas in the management of billing systems to improve and maintain standards in line with changes in technology and business demands.
    • Execution decisions to maintain service continuity of the following billing systems;
    • CBS, CBP, CBP Adaptor, PRM, Mediation, AAA, SNE, DCC, OCG, BMP, Invoice Module, Bill Management Module, Account Receivables Module and Debt Collections Module


    • Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Telecom, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
    • Medium to high level expert in telecom billing and/or convergent charging concepts
    • High to expert level knowledge in Convergent Charging Systems and Intelligent Networks
    • 5 or more years of experience in the telecommunications industry
    • Experience in Unix/Linux Operating systems , TCP/IP, Programming, SS7 signaling, Diameter, Radius protocols
