    Business Development Executive

    We are looking for a Business Development Executive to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams for our client. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

    To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

    Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
    • Present our company to potential clients
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
    • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

    Qualifications

    • Proven minimum of 5 years work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
    • Track record of achieving sales quotas
    • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
    • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

    Accountant

    We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments, taxes, and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets for our client.

    Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

    Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting transactions
    • Prepare budget forecasts
    • Publish financial statements in time
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    • Ensure timely bank payments
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
    • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
    • Audit financial transactions and documents
    • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
    • Comply with financial policies and regulations

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the accounting sector.
    • Advanced knowledge on Taxation is required.
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software
    • Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
    • Additional certification (ICAG or ACCA) is a plus
