    ICT Manager

    Job Description

    • Serve as backup to ICT faculty Head
    • Monitor and control the quality of teaching programs with particular attention to course content
    • Support the Business Development Unit-with proposals on further training needs in the Banking sector in the area of ICT in banking
    • Support in the preparation of budgets
    • Advise faculty on relevant software applications
    • Set objectives and strategies for the IT department
    • Select and implement suitable technology to stream line all internal operations and help optimise their strategic benefits
    • Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve internal and external customer experience
    • Review the procurement plan for technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with It providers
    • Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the College to ensure optimal performance
    • Organise IT-related projects
    • Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the college can gain competitive advantage

    Requirement/Skills

    • A minimum of a master’s degree in computer engineering, management information systems or other related field
    • Must have held senior management position for a minimum of 5 years
    • Must be a practitioner with experience in the financial sector, local/international or both
    • Must be in tune with the emerging trends in banking systems
    • Demonstrated exposure and passion for learning and development in the banking industry
    • Must have varied experience in management and teaching
    • coordination of the deployment of systems for practical use by stakeholders
    • Certification in any relevant ICT programs

    Competencies

    • As the Manager of the ICT Unit you must be seen to have the following:
    • Expertise in facilitation and presentation to adult learners
    • Expertise in researching on trends in the ICT sector for Banking and Financial sector
    • Organizational skills for change management
    • Monitor feedback from participants and change dynamics of the programs for better delivery performance
    • Project management skills to implement strategic changes as required

    Adjunct Facilitators

    Job Description

    • Assist the relevant faculty of the college to develop and design and train on programs of the college
    • Support with facilitation and administration of quality needs-based training and research in their respective fields of study
    • Provide research and consultancy within the business development wing the of the college
    • Liaise with other faculty members for effective implementation of consultancy services
    • Liaise with the relevant faculty to establish and maintain systems and procedures for the effective implementation of training programmes and sessions

    Requirement/Skills

    • Degree with not less than 15 years in the area of expertise
    • Post graduate degree with banking experience of not less than 10 years
    • Relevant professional qualification in area of expertise
    • PhD/DBA in any relevant discipline preferably, banking and finance/economics is an added advantage

    Governance and Leadership Coordinator

     Job Description

    • Design and coordinate a high-level strategy and training development portfolio
    • Coordinate the implementation of quality assurance on faculty performance and the development of governance programs for certification
    • Manage team of facilitators within the faculty
    • Monitor and control the quality of teaching programs with particular attention to course content
    • Work with the Director of Studies to keep the college updated on industry achievements and weaknesses
    • Support the Business development unit with proposals on further training needs in the Banking/Financial sector in the areas of Governance, corporate management, leadership programs and other relevant soft skills
    • Preparation of budgets
    • Advise the Director of Studies in all training and development matters
    • Ability to consult with senior management and directors on governance & leadership policies
    • Expertise in researching on trends in areas of governance and leadership in the Banking and Financial sector
    • Monitor feedback from participants and change dynamics of the affected program for better delivery performance

    Requirement/Skills

    • A minimum of a Master’s degree in governance, MBA or any other related field
    • Must have held senior management position for minimum of 5 years
    • Must be a practitioner with experience in banking sector, local/international or both
    • Must be in tune with emerging trends in Governance structures, rules and regulation in banking
    • Demonstrated exposure and passion for learning and development in the banking industry
    • Must have varied experience in management, banking and training
    • Must show passion for talent development
