    Manufacturing Engineer – Oilfield Equipment

    This is an exciting time to join us a manufacturing engineer in a pivotal and innovative team setting. You will be responsible for the creation of manufacturing routings and work packets to serve the workshopAs a Manufacturing Engineer – OFE you will be responsible for:

    • Understanding engineering Bills of materials, drawings and specifications to interact and liaise with internal and external customers.
    • Being able to understand machining, fabrication and Assembly processes of assembly/test operations.
    • Creating repair procedures and Weld maps to facilitate refurbishment operations and compile Survey reports and disposition engineering requirements.
    • Liaising between workshop personnel and Design Engineers to overcome challenges and providing Bid support to Proposals (ITO) to assist in the preparation of quotes
    • Monitoring of manufacturing cycle times ensuring continual improvement and engage in the process improvement.
    • Verifying the accuracy of supplier’s invoices and approve the costs, following Baker Hughes policy
    • Influencing and implement continuous improvement of processes

    Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

    • Show solid experience in manufacturing engineering
    • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field
    • Be able to comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, routers, bull of materials, manufacturing procedures manual, basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, fractions).
    • Be able to influence and negotiate with others and lead small teams.

    Sourcing Analyst – Oilfield Services

    Our Sourcing Team provides support for oilfield services product line. We are in contact with local and international suppliers to collaborate, innovate and ensure part availability for our production and customers. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions.Partner with the bestAs a Sourcing Specialist, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. You will ensure to achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Defining and improving Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional and local suppliers.
    • Elaborating on proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
    • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination of services rendered.
    • Contributing project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
    • Being responsible for the Procurement and Sourcing for Ghana and Ivory Coast
    • Being responsible for all supplier cost control initiatives and compliance in these two countries

    Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
    • Have at least 3 years’ experience in Sourcing
    • Demonstrate solid experience in Sourcing and procurement environment
    • Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
    • Be a team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
    • Able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
