A fast growing Pharmaceutical Company, with HO at Accra (Ghana) and branches at all major cities of Ghana and with well patronized quality products; is looking for experienced, enthusiastic and performance driven individual to fill the position of a Tablet Compression Machine Operator

• Routine and non-routine maintenance on the compression machine. Complete records, logbooks or other required documentation for cleaning and service in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain equipment manuals in an orderly manner
• Perform equipment cleanings prior to and/or after use. Assemble/disassemble equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures, and assure that tooling used meets specifications as described in the master records
• Inspect assembled machines and generate initial product samples to assure that all specifications are met
• Periodic inspections of equipment and components to determine the level of conformance
• Perform all duties in accordance with applicable S.O.P.s, CGMPs, and master instructions in order to consistently produce quality products.
• Assist the team in other areas as directed

Preferred Experience:

• Prior manufacturing and/or production experience.
• Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description

• Operating RMG Operator and other machines in the Granulation
• Documentation of the processes and outcomes

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures, good manufacturing systems, and familiarity with regulatory and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Experience in granulation, milling and compression
• Conformance to GMP and SOP requirements by following batch records accurately in granulation, encapsulation, and compression.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical Manufacturing is a MUST
• Prior manufacturing and/or production experience.
• Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
