    2022 Graduate Trainee Programme

    There is a recruitment for the 2022 Graduate Trainee Programme At Olam. The company is offering a 12 month trainee programme for young graduates. Who Can Apply? The 12-month Graduate Trainee Programme is for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for excellence and an appetite for new environments. What You Will Do Throughout the year, individuals engage with a variety of experts, shadowing, collaborating, and working independently to build confidence, commercial acumen, and a strong network. For the first month, trainees rotate through different products, followed by three months in a specified work-stream. The subsequent six months require trainees to identify and deliver two high-impact commercial projects, recognising genuine and actionable benefits to the business. The final two months are spent gaining team management experience. After successfully graduating, trainees are offered a supervisory role within the business.
