    Account Officer

    DUTIES

    • Creating and processing invoices
    • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
    • Managing company accounts payable and receivable
    • Sending bills and invoices to clients
    • Tracking company expenses
    • Processing refunds
    • Working with government agencies on statutory payments
    • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in Accounting
    • Proven work experience as an Account Officer.
    • Able to work well within a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software.
    • Solid analytical skills.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
