    Accounting Clerk

    Job Description:

    • Reconcile Invoices and accounts in a timely manner
    • Follow-up on Receivable and ensure timely settlement of invoices.
    • Monitor attendance records, and prepare time-sheets
    • Prepare and submit monthly GRA and SSNIT returns
    • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
    • Set appointments for meetings, business trips, interviews
