Monitoring payment channels including but not only focusing on banking,switching company, financial technology company, payment system service provider (PSSP), PTSP, etc.
Work closely with internal settlement, products, operation and compliance teams to fully understand payment channel requirement.
Develop and adjust business development plans of connecting payment channels based on different sets of strategic priorities.
Ensure payment channels has stable connection with our system and provide quick response to any channel related issue.
Work closely with operation teams to suggest and recommend new initiatives that could improve customers experience with the usage of our mobile application and payment system.
Prepare competitor's product comparative analysis, identifying areas for improvement of our company's product and channel capabilities.
Qualification & Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in channel operations
Bachelor's degree in a tech related field
Excellent track record and background in channel operations management and leading transformation.
A very solid understanding of (region, market place, competition)
Know the competition – channel model and structure
Excellent listening, analytical, presentation, and problem solving skills.
Excellent management skills – ability to lead direct and virtual teams and manage projects successfully.
Sound understanding of critical drivers and associated priorities.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
