Responsibilities:

• A strong understanding of nutrition
• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget and availability of seasonal ingredients
• Proven culinary experience
• Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health
• Requisition stock, supplies, materials or equipment
• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
• Ability to read recipes

Requirements:

• Trained by a recognised institution
• 3 years or more working experience
• Expert multitasking skills
• Passion and pride for delighting people with food
• Exemplary work ethic in a high pressure environment
• English language proficiency
