    Delivery Partner

As a Delivery Partner at Wewater, you are running your own safe water business with the goal of delivering high-quality safe water to the people of Ghana. You’ll be provided with a fixed income, but also the opportunity to scale and run your business according to your own ambition and dream. You set the bar! You’ll get your own branded tribike and work closely with our warehouse to stock up and start delivering water to our customers. We’ll provide the route for you; and count on you to fulfil it as efficiently as possible. During your route, things may change, new orders may come in; and you’ll manage those changes while driving. Wewater is a new and exciting tech-startup and you’ll get the possibility to influence how we run things from day one. You’re not only delivering safe water — you’re helping Ghana and yourself to prosper.

    Your daily tasks could be:

    • Pick up tribike and water at warehouse
    • Stock tribike
    • Take orders from operations on routes and customers
    • Deliver safe water (20L bottles) to customers
    • Giving great customer service
    • Giving feedback on processes to optimize
    • Help develop our fleet of bikes, e.g. to prioritize safety in traffic

    WHO ARE YOU?

The Delivery Partner is part of our driver fleet and is essential in ensuring that safe water arrives at the doorsteps of our customers. You’re a self-starter, a dreamer, an entrepreneur with the urge of accomplishing more. You’re a problem-solver, who is not afraid of change, but able to manage unforeseen challenges. You see opportunities where others see obstacles and take pride in doing the job right. You’re a skilled communicator with a flair for great customer service and driving a business. It’s a requirement to have a driver’s license for a motorcycle, to speak good English as well to drive safely and to be able to handle 20L bottles of water… but that’s it. At wewater we welcome everyone who wants to run their own business as part of an exciting and modern company.

    WHAT DO YOU GET?

    • You’ll be part of a rapidly growing tech-start up in Ghana
    • Your own business setup: Tribike, bottles and digital tools
    • Amazing colleagues and a great work environment
    • Great possibilities for advancing your career and make a difference
    • A competitive salary and potential benefits
