    Enterprise Account Executive

    We're hiring for:

    • We're looking for a Large Enterprise Account Executive to help build our world-class enterprise business. Partnering with the Head of Sales & VP of GTM, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to uncover new opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle, surpass your quota, and grow the enterprise segment for Lokalise.

    As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

    • Build strong relationships with strategic global companies and key stakeholders
    • Lead the business development strategy alongside your SDRs to ensure sufficient pipeline generation
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, including discovery, evaluation, POC, legal/security negotiations, procurement, and commercial agreements
    • Consult with customers on their localization processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organizations
    • Be a Lokalise expert, build an in-depth knowledge of the product, and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
    • Coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value gained from the Lokalise solution
    • Internally, work closely with the SDR, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Security, and Legal teams
    • Prepare accurate forecasting for the new business generated
    • Manage your activities using the CRM
    • Meet and exceed revenue targets

    You must have:

    • 5+ years of SaaS closing experience with a large enterprise (5000+ employees)
    • Experience in B2B sales of a complex SaaS product
    • A proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level customer relationships
    • Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
    • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and teamwork skills
    • Good attention to detail and ownership of the role, treating it as if it was in your own business
    • A positive, self-starter, resilient mindset
    • A passion for technology, business, and commercial success
    • Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills

    It will be considered a significant advantage if you have:

    • Considerable experience in the localization industry 
    • A proven track record of surpassing the set quota
    • Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting
