    Executive Assistant

    • We are seeking an Executive Assistant here at Lokalise. You will be supporting two of our senior VP's, Lennie and Elliot, and your day-to-day responsibilities will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide a kind, efficient, detail-oriented service to internal and external contacts of all levels. As Lennie and Elliot's EA, you will help them become better at what they do and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring high levels of operational ability.

As our Executive Assistant, you will:

    • Manage the calendars of Lennart Gijsen (VP Sales and Marketing) and Elliot Kim (VP of Engineering). This will involve much planning and scheduling but also proactively reviewing and changing their calendars to make sure they are spending time on the things that matter.
    • Curate their inboxes. As you might expect, they get a lot of emails. You will help them stay on top of these and respond to the right people at the right time.
    • Prepare, collect, collate, and distribute materials for key meetings and events.
    • Complete core administrative duties e.g., arranging signatures, overseeing executive gifting and thank you notes, expenses, official documents, and requests on their behalf.
    • Manage end-to-end travel needs e.g., logistics and visas, including coordinating itineraries.
    • Find blind spots. What tasks are being put off? Which of the priorities isn’t getting the attention it needs? Is there a team member that needs additional support? You will help shine a light on any blind spots to ensure that value is added by Lennie and Elliot in the right places.

As our Executive Assistant, you will have:

    • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience supporting C-Level executives, ideally in high-growth tech companies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – concise, yet open and friendly.
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
    • Experience working with Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, and Asana.
    • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with people across all levels, and from diverse backgrounds.
    • Experience operating autonomously – you are comfortable with little day-to-day direction.

It would be significant advantage if you have:

    • Previous experience of performing this role for 2 executives at the same time.
    • Experience communicating and liaising with external stakeholders such as investors and advisors.
