What you will be doing: 

• You will oversee the kitchen and Stewarding operations of the hotel
• You will guide, train and direct a large team of enthusiastic local chefs
• You will enhance the efficiency, quality, service, innovation and performance of the department by leading as an example to the team

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum experience of 4 - 5 years with International chain hotels.
• Bachelors' Degree or Hotel Management Degree or its equivalent
• Strong leadership, creativity, innovative and great communication skills.
