    Field Sales Associate

    About The Job

    Job Summary

    • You'll work with the CEO, sales manager and customers, engage with partners and customers, provide them seamless support, help them understand our value propositions and differentiators and retain them with Kola. 
    • In this role, you'll find and acquire new distributors, wholesalers and retailers and onboard them on the Kola app. 
    • You will provide critical feedback to product development and ensure minimum 90% retention of customers. 
    • You will work with the CEO to improve the product and service offering. 
    • You will keep customers happy by problem-solving and continuously informing them of existing and new value within Kola and more. 
    • You should be Able to work from locations outside Accra and Tema to surrounding areas in the Western and Eastern Regions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
    • 2 to 3 years experience in sales and relationship management , working with leading FMCG brands (Nestlé, Diageo, Unilever, GB Foods, PZ Cussons, etc.) in capacities such as Field Sales Agent, Sales Representative or any sales role that required direct interaction with distributors, wholesalers and retailers
    • Able to work from locations outside Accra and Tema to surrounding areas in the Western and Eastern Regions

    Skills:

    • Ability to develop deep understanding of Kola Market’s technology, overall business and customers
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
    • Customer centric - empathetic and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Analytical and able to draw insights from minimal data and by consistent engagement with leads and customers
    • Ability to problem-solve and work autonomously

    Responsibilities:

    • Find and acquire new distributors, wholesalers and retailers and onboard them on the Kola app and other tools
    • Work with wider Kola teams on a territory strategy to generate and develop business and open up opportunities in the country, starting from Accra.
    • Meet directly in the field with customers and partners. Provide guidance and education to customers and partners to ensure closing and onboarding of new partners
    • Develop and maintain technical and conversational proficiency in the use of the Kola app.
    • Develop fluency around Kola's business process, differentiator and value propositions
    • Generating revenue and profit within your portfolio

    Candidates must be based in Accra (Madina, East Legon, Spintex), Tema, Kasoa, Koforidua, Kumasi or areas near these locations.
