Manages finance operations including accounting, management accounting, finance control.
Maintains and manages the data inputs into Navision and SAP systems.
Compiles and completes statutory financial statements and reports to Government organizations and auditory bodies as well as Headquarters in time.
Responsible for financial reporting duties, such as monthly, quarterly, yearly finance reports, activity reports, expense reports, gap analysis (variances between actual and budget) and all other reports as and when requested by the management and Headquarters.
Manages the tax affairs to ensure the compliance with legislation while preserving a tax optimization.
Coordinates with Business Heads to develop and monitor the financial planning and budgeting, ensuring commitment to the strategic vision of the company and the delivery of financial targets.
Cash Flow management, Bank reconciliations, Cost control and capex management.
Responsible for Internal Finance Audit.
Manages security of Company’s legal documents and contracts.
Responsible for Monthly results presentation in line with group presentation standards and SOP.
Assure to meet group calendar closing deadline and data accuracy.
Prepare year Budget / Reforecast / 3YFP processes.
Maintains work process in line with Group accounting policies, IFRS and local external Auditors’ requirments.
In charge of full accuracy of CBBS consolidated package, Interco reconciliation.
Monitors and manages Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and invoicing as per policy guidelines.
Country credit control management, DSO, DPO. (Monitoring & Improvement).
To work with Country Manager and respective Finance teams to support and guide them.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA, CIMA, CPA or CMA will be an added advantage but not mandatory
Previous work experience with big four (Deloitte, KPMG, EY and PWC) will be a plus
8-12 years of experience, which at least the last 3 years in a Finance Manager/Controller position
Fluency in English, spoken & written, another language will be a plus
Advanced user for Microsoft office packages
Experience and knowledge of SAP, NAVISION or other ERP systems will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
High leadership and analytical skills
Multitasking and having the ability to meet deadlines
