    Finance Manager

    La Community Bank LTD seeks to employ suitably qualified person for the position of: Finance Manager

    Role Summary

    Lead in the maintenance, control, planning, production of financial and management records in adherence to accounting policies, procedures and standards

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • A minimum of first degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualification from a recognised university
    • Final certificate of ICA (Ghana) or ACCA
    • A minimum of 7 years finance experience with at least 5 years in the financial services industry
    • Proficient in the use of an Accounting software

    Knowledge and Skills

    1. Banking operations and regulatory frameworks both local and at the international level including IFRS, BASEL 2 and other international standards
    2. Accounting principles, procedures, financial reporting standards and business planning processes
    3. Tax laws and related regulations
    4. Bank of Ghana regulations and directives
    5. Developments and trends in the financial services industry
    6. Labour law & practice
