    Financial Controller

    Job Description

    • Managing the financial accounting and reporting.
    • Overseeing and developing all financial budgets.
    • Managing procurement, payroll and cash flow.
    • Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
    • Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Managing a team of accountants.

    Requirement/Skills

    • A professional accounting qualification.
    • Experience in an agricultural environment.
    • Excellent accounting and tax knowledge.
    • Strong organisational skills.
    • Intercultural experience, ideally within Africa.
    • Excellent communication skills.
