Head of Loan Recovery at SRF Micro Credit Services

SRF seeks to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of head of recovery.

• To meet agreed performance targets and ensure high level of customer care and recovery
• Ensures effective and efficient monitoring of repayments.
• Supervise the activities of the other loan officers
• To be prepared to visit defaulted customers to prompt payment and serve demand notice
• Must be able to investigate and locate absconded clients and recover any amount due.
• Ensure regular inspection of residences, business locations and all collateral used for the loan facility
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Submission of Credit bureau reports every month
• To identify risk and prevent fraudulent application by other team members as well as clients.
• Monitoring of cheques management tracker
• In charge of the company’s Direct Debit transactions
• To perform other relevant duties that may be required.

Qualification & Experience Required

• A minimum of first Degree in Finance/Banking/Business Administration/Management.
• Minimum of 2 working experience in a similar role.

• Ability to exercise own initiative and deliver to meet established targets
• Expertise in Microsoft office tools (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
