    Health & Safety Specialist

    Health,Safety and Wellbeing Specialist

    Role Summary

    • To support Health & Safety culture across the organization and partners and to ensure Vodafone employees and business partners are provided with an admired workplace and a safe working environment achieving zero fatality and property loss.
    • To ensure the market perception of Vodafone brand is associated with health and safety, and to promote Vodafone as the telecom industry leader.
    • To support company management in decision making process with regards to risks associated with the business and related activities,
    • To plan, develop, implement, control, coordinate the safety and continuously improve the health safety and wellbeing component of personnel, materials, equipment, and environments to achieve safety effectiveness for the business.

    Qualification

    • A  degree in Engineering, Sciences
    • At least 5 years applicable experience in HSW role
    • Minimum requirement in NEBOSH IGC, 
    • Knowledge in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001:2007
    • Member of  a professional H&S body
    • H&S Technical back ground
