This is a role with gravitas in which you will play a pivotal part by implementing Human Resources policies at the country level to drive company-wide programs and initiatives. In your interactions with local and regional Webhelpers, you will use your operational expertise to drive talent growth, reduce acquisition costs, and empower your teams.
What you’ll experience at Webhelp
As an HRBP in our team, you will connect the dots and understand the interactions between our business processes, data, and employees with the goal of building and cultivating a people-centric strategy.
In this role, you will
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve issues
- Foster a positive work environment that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
- Support the management of employee relations, including coaching and counseling employees and managers
- Facilitate the resolution of complex employee relations issues
- Partner with management to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and employee development programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide programs and initiatives
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
We´ll be a great match if you have
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
It would be a plus if you have
- Operational experience and success in the contact center/outsourcing/offshoring industry
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaboration in an international environment.
- Experience in how to optimize performance through continuous improvement.
