The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Carry out regular employee orientation in aiding new staff adapt to the organizational culture.
Designing and carrying out of periodic training for staff.
Explain the company’s remuneration, welfare policies and the salary calculation process.
Guide the implementation of monthly performance appraisal of various departments and promote performance collection.
Handle employee relation events in various departments, such as dismissal, resignation and warning letters.
Maintain the employee file management work, and carry out regular updates.
Manage employee labor contracts and probation confirmation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
