Education

Required Skills and Experience

• A Master’s Degree in economics, public/business administration, social sciences, microfinance or related discipline.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in banking, financial service sector, international remittances or related experience in private sector or an international organization is mandatory;
• A minimum of two-year experience designing, conceiving, and prototyping digital finance solutions or remittance related use-case drivers is mandatory Project management experience, including multi-tasking to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel;
• Good knowledge/Exposure/Experience in managing or conducting research, particularly related to product development or client demand; Experience of human centered design methods would be a plus;
• Good knowledge/Exposure/Experience in knowledge management for financial inclusion;
• Good knowledge/Exposure/Experience in the financial inclusion dynamics, challenges and best practices in Sub-Saharan Africa with a focus on Ghana.
   

Language Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
